This isn't my car. I live in the US and got my Model 3 a while ago. Tesla haven't start selling cars in Israel yet, but there car must be registered before being sold to customers. The registration follows the car, not the owner. Import tax on cars in israel is %110 and you need to add VAT of 17.5% on top of that. EV have reduced rate of 10% import tax, but in 2020 the discount you get from the reduced rate was limited to 75,000 NIS, about $21,700. This means that the Model 3 won't be cheap, but will be a lot cheaper than competitors such as BMW 3 Series.

So does Israel use EV as a sticker? Saw it on the car like Calif has us put our HOV lane stickers on.
Heard that the country is making Tesla disable AP? What’s the story on that and what exactly does that include? Do owners get to keep TACC, Autosteer, just no FSD right now?
