EU certificate COC (Certificate of Conformity) for 2019-2020 Tesla Model X

Hello, please help me, I need EU certificate (Certificate of Conformity) for 2019-2020 Tesla Model X with 3D1 and L2S motors.
The vehicle is located in another country and customs requires me to provide a certificate of conformity for such a vehicle indicating its 30-minute power (this information is in this certificate).
If anyone has one, they can send me a photo or a copy of this certificate. Thank you in advance.
