Downsizing from 21 to 19

Hi everyone I have a 22 MYP and hearing that down sizing from 21 to 19 inch wheels is a great improvement on ride quality and cabin noise. Wanted to see if anyone has tried this and what feedback you have about it.

Where is the best place to get 19s that will fit a MYP outside of tsportline? I find their wheels to be really expensive.
