Does the new 2024 M3 Highland have Hardware 4?

Can't find any confirmation if it has Hardware 4 or more like 3.5.


The reason im asking because in about car page it says Full Self Driving Computer like in 2023 M3

And found Forbes article

"Highland was supposed to be the first recipient of Hardware Version 4, with much higher resolution cameras, 12 rather than 9 of the latter, faster computing hardware, and HD Radar. But there was no sign that the car I drove had these upgrades, although camera views looked clearer. "

So it may have been in the cards for HW4 to have more cameras at some point, but Tesla seems to have decided not to go with that. The HW4 computers are what ship in all the Teslas today though. The cameras are higher resolution than the old ones. They also eliminated the narrow fov camera from the front assembly - so HW4 cars actually only have 8 cameras (with the exception of the cybertruck which has the bumper cam)
