I don’t disagree with the answers above but unless you know what you’re doing I’d be wary about products that remove scratches as you’re effectively starting to remove the surrounding clear cost to reach the same level as the bottom of the scratch.

You can use “fillers” which are in products like autoglym super resin polish. These fill the scratch at a microscopic level but don’t last forever. But they’re easy to use, don’t harm the paint, they just require a bit of work. I’d also apply a wax on top to help seal the surface and make the water bead.
