Hi Folks
Really enjoying my M3 standard except for the Deep Blue Paint scratch too easy
Any advice how to rub out Fine Scratches so noticeable as the show up white assume under coat

Meguiars ScratchX is decent.

All Tesla paint colours are not particularly hard wearing, unfortunately.

Really need a photo or two to advise, however, if the scratches really are through both the clear and colour coats, no amount of rubbing will get rid of them.

Fine Scratches so noticeable as the show up white assume under coat

fine scratches showing up as white is just how the light catches the scratch in the clear coat. Like Durzel I use Meguiars ScratchX.

I don’t disagree with the answers above but unless you know what you’re doing I’d be wary about products that remove scratches as you’re effectively starting to remove the surrounding clear cost to reach the same level as the bottom of the scratch.

You can use “fillers” which are in products like autoglym super resin polish. These fill the scratch at a microscopic level but don’t last forever. But they’re easy to use, don’t harm the paint, they just require a bit of work. I’d also apply a wax on top to help seal the surface and make the water bead.
