ordered way back in march but had my order on hold until recently (lived in belgium until last week). current delivery estimate is aug 15 - sept 4 (has changed about 10 times in the past week).

Same here, W/W MYP ordered 6/22. My dates are 7/26-8/11...which probably lines up with yours accounting for logistics. Maybe good news relatively soon.

From what I'm seeing here, it seems 50-50 whether someone gets an SA assigned. Super weird.

I ordered online and didn't have an SA until after the fact. A few days later, he reached out after I did an online chat (had a question about my trade). Maybe if you try the chat, one will be assigned to you (if you even still need one).

Thanks! I’ll try that. Haven’t been able to reach any one by phone. I guess they are probably tired have taking calls from impatient customers.

Where is NY are you picking up? I am picking up in Smithtown and while I deal with an “operations advisor” via Email, I do not have her direct line. So everytime I call, I get a new person. I am jealous of those who have SA’s who text as well.

Smithtown. I ordered in person in Manhasset though at the mall and have been dealing with that SA ever since. Service has been excellent.

I was thinking the same thing and am in the fetal position now over it. But glad they have less wait time than us. I am also a MYP model ordered at the same time as them but you can see my EDD below.
