UPDATE: Brent Seavey returned from vacation today and texted me that Tesla is going to take care of me and have the power folding mirrors retrofitted at no cost. I am so happy and very pleased that Brent was able to resolve without any escalation to his manager, Eric Carlson. Now just need to wait for an appointment as the Fremont service center has backlog. I requested to see if the work can be performed at the Sunnyvale service center.
It's funny, I remember Brent also told me my car comes with folding side view mirrors, it was a nice surprise to me because this option wasn't on my car's option list.
I realized my car didn't come with folding side view mirrors few days after I took the delivery, I though maybe I confuse it with "mirror auto tilt". I'm pretty sure he said folding side mirror, because auto tilt comes with every car, no need to specifically mention it.
I didn't call him since he told me over the phone, so there is no prove. It's a nice to have option, I can live without it.

Yes, I have the full details of the repair to the right rear fender that was performed and have before and after photos as well as the complete work order from Stuttgart Auto Body in Englewood, CO that did the work. As everyone who owns a Tesla, repair work is very costly as more parts are not actually repaired, but replaced due to the aluminum body panels. The repair that was done cost $11,803.30 of which $6,225 was labor and the balance was parts. The most expensive part was the rear wheel at $1100 which was the gray turbine with winter tires. Tesla swapped all wheels with silver turbine and Michelin PS summer tires before I took delivery. The right quarter panel was $560, bodyside panel molding was $648, upper control arm was $212.88, tailgate molding was $208, bumper cover was $346, and lower air shield was $450. Because the car was a demo/executive demonstrator, the was never registered so the Carfax is clean.
The repair work that was done was terrific and the car has no issues. And since the car is CPO, the warranty will be good to 66K miles or March 2, 2020 which ever comes first. I will soon be commuting 90 miles round trip so will have plenty of time to observe if the car develops any problems which I will quickly have addressed while the warranty is still in effect.
Overall, I have no regrets and am pleased with my purchase and even more so now that Brent and Tesla will have the power folding mirrors retrofitted for me at no cost. Great customer service!
Beautiful car, welcome to CPO ownership!
Power folding mirrors were added around vin 16k I believe as an option. I have the screengrab for this car from the internal inventory system as I was interested in it also during my CPO search and power folding mirrors were not listed as an option. Back in December they had it priced higher @ $65,800.
Hopefully they disclosed to you why the price was lower than the others, if not shoot me a PM and i can provide details.

As someone else has said on the forum, I am also a rare bird that did not care about AP or dual motor. My 2013 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium has all the same AP features and while I use the lane departure and collision avoidance features, I won't miss them on the MS. And I never used the traffic aware cruise control on the Fusion. Bay Area traffic during commute hours is so horrible that cruise control is non-beneficial. If I were driving to LA on I-5, then hand-free AP would be great to have. The only cool feature that would be handy and used is the summon and auto park in to and out of my garage.
good deal
I'm glad to see their is a market for pre auto pilot cars... I have me some serious AP envy, but don't want to take the $ loss to sell mine and buy an AP one at the moment... I'm trying to be a good consumer and pay mine off before I buy my next one. Damn you Tesla! lol
