The fact that people are complaining that it's left and that it's right suggests it's actually in the middle somewhere.

You beat me to that response... but I'd add, "and that's probably why people find them so absolutely boring!"

I mostly find that CBC is neither "wing" but rather has a broad range of reporters leading to individual articles at both extremes.

Due to confirmation bias, many people see only the articles they disagree with, and therefore claim CBC to be at the opposite end of the political spectrum from themselves.

I think it's all part of CBCs plan to piss off the most possible people while still fulfilling their mandate
