Car broken into. Can I get the logs?

I traveled for the holidays and left my Model Y unlocked. I know dumb. It was at my home so I also did not have sentry mode on to conserver battery. Again probably not the smartest. Has any one ever reached out to Tesla to ask when the car door was open between a certain time period? In my case 7 days. If so how did you go about reaching out? My hope is to get a time and then ask my neighbors to look at their camera footage.

Well Tesla was super quick getting me the data but there is a lot missing/not recorded. Doesn't look like it will help.

I'm probably too late with this info but dont tell your theft insurance that it was unlocked. Many times that is a reason for not covering.

Just declare you dont know how they took the vehicle.
