Can anyone help identify these wires under driver seat? And confirm how carpet should be tucked near vent?

I am installing vent covers under my Model Y and I had 2 questions.

1. How is the little carpet supposed to be tucked near the vent?

2. What are these wires and red plastic clip? Are they high voltage?

Carpet on the drivers side looks about right for me. That’s an area you normally don’t see so they don’t pay too much attention when assembling the car. Either way is fine I guess, it’s an air vent.

Those wires are for the seat and not high voltage. You would recognize a high voltage cable when you see it, they are substantially thicker.
