Yup, I wouldn't go for the 550 not very reliable get the 650 instead

Have the camera installed now and loving it. I would like to obtain the polarized filters that you had a group buy on in 2015. Do you know if the discount you set up for those is still active? Do you recommend the filters?

Does that mean I got a grey market version and US warranty might not apply?

I purchased mine through this group buy, and mine says "International Version" as well.

BTW, I set it up and tested the camera using a AC transformer/cig plug adapter. Updated the firmware, timezone, speed units, formatted a 128 Gb card, set up the WiFi and cloud settings. GPS worked well on my kitchen table. I hope that doing this before installation saves me a ton of grief later.

I would get 3rd party warranty, I got it from squaretrade since it has been reported that Blackvue doesn't has the best CS
