Twice in the past 3 days my 2019 Raven MX has greeted us with black screens. This last time it also failed to start charging (we use the scheduled departure method). In both instances, we were able to get going by using the two-button reset method. Tesla replaced our MCU2 last summer when we had black screens that could not be reset. We had a few black screen events after that, but never so close together and it never affected charging before.
Is anyone else seeing similar behavior? Does anyone have any idea what causes these systems to just freeze up like this?
