I have a 22 MYP, six months old, 9500 miles, max range on the battery is 293 miles now vs 303 miles when I purchased new. Do I have a problem?

Lots of good info above, search is your friend. First thing - switch from miles to % and quit worrying about the "miles" usage. Many factors will impact it causing you to see "poor milage" and crazy good mileage (think going DOWN a mountain). A good length trip will probably result in your range increasing, though it actually will change little. You're just seeing what the battery management system can tell based on the available data points.
