I've been a fly on the wall the last 228 pages. I'm one of the fortunate ones who's receiving my Model 3 early due to paint color ordered (Obsidian Black). VIN 1037XX. Delivery tentatively scheduled for 9/24 in Highland Park, IL.
I'm very excited but honestly feel terrible for folks like the_danimal. I hope you get yours very soon! I will, however, miss the kick to the balls gifs. You've given me many belly laughs over the last few weeks.

does it appear all Raleigh deliveries will be to home? Not expecting to see mine for another month or two, but would rather they drive it to my house to save me a trip

Looks to be the case all NC deliveries period are home delivery going forward (this may change at any moment of course because there seems to be some keystone cops stuff going on with NC logistics these days)

Knock-on-wood, but deliveries to Toronto / Ontario (my pickup for Ottawa) seem to be sticking to schedule. I called my IDA - we're still on for Sept. 22. Fingers crossed.

What time on 9/24? I’m scheduled to pickup at 4 in Highland Park, but not feeling as confident that it’ll happen as I’m still waiting on VIN and couple other pieces of information.
Out of curiosity, when did you get assigned VIN?
I did recieve call from tesla yesterday. Delivery schedule Sep 30 in Cleveland Ohio. I entered cash and no trade initially. See no option for applying to loan or enter trade in vehicle. Do I need to call tesla CSR for those changes?My deliver advisor never responds!!!!

I’d call Tesla corporate first thing in morning (no wait when they open right at 7 AM PST) and see if they can help you out if the DA isn’t being responsive. Every interaction I’ve had with their phone support has been positive if you’re patient and nice - just tell them what you’re trying to do and they can probably sort it out quickly.

Oh I think it was months later. Got my loan approved July 23, MPVA Sept. 17 - yup, almost 2 months later.

So...after getting a delivery date of 9/24 and having all my paperwork complete I was looking forward to delivery day and praying I don't get a call rescheduling or delaying my order. This evening I see a text from my delivery specialist come through and panic. At first I thought it was bad news, but it turns out my vehicle will be ready ahead of schedule and I asked if I would like to pick up a this Thursday instead! I was not expecting that.
So much to prep for now. I need to review my checklist. Any recommendations for a shop that does good PPF in the Bay Area?

Scheduled for delivery on Monday. Still no contact from delivery specialist. Still no VIN. This is getting interesting. I have visions of showing up at my delivery location and being greeted with "who the hell are you?"

Same here. I'm scheduled for a delivery on Monday Sept 24 at 10am. I have heard nothing, no email, no call, no vin, no car, no delivery specialist.
