Are the cameras upgradeable on the 22 Model S?

I know a hardware 4 retrofit is unavailable, but has anyone paid the service center just to upgrade the cameras? The noise and pixelation on the blind spot and backup feeds are piss poor.

I don’t know the answer, but have you had your car for long? The cameras in my 2023 S are better than they were on my 2018 S, but the 2018 cameras weren’t that bad. Maybe you have a hardware issue — have you had service look at the cameras?

I’m gonna ask the service center next week. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with my cameras, they just look like butt compared to latest ones.

There is no camera upgrade. HW4 cameras have a different connector.

That stinks. I'd happily pay like $300 to upgrade these 1 megapixel cameras. :-/
