Appointment screen- no chat book and status

When I make appointment to tesla service, there's no status like othere users and chat box to chat with tesla service guys. Anyone knows what happen?

The topic is 'upcoming appointment' instead of 'Appoinment' with status and chat box.

Try to cancel and make appointment agian, reinstalled apps , no luck.

Tap the upcoming appointment on the app screen. The arrow to the right of the appointment is telling you there's more data there.

When I tapped, this screen appears.
Can only edit appointment and email phone number.

Maybe the chat option doesn’t appear until someone from service contacts you shortly before the appointment, or whenever they have questions. There will be other steps you will be asked to take, such as approving the invoice.

But it's weird that everytime service team sent me message, i couldn't open and read it. Loading forever until i have to force close the app. So weird
