App v 4.31.5. Climate controls vanished?

When I open "Climate" on the App, the bottom half is blank. (The bottom is where you set the cabin temperature, vent the windows, etc). I'm using iOS. This problem is intermittent; sometimes the bottom is blank, sometimes it displays normally. I haven't figured out the steps to reliably reproduce the issue.

It seems each time I update this app, something bad happens. I have "update PTSD" now

I wish I could back 3 versions

I have similar issue after I restart Tesla app.

It's been going on since App version 4.31.5. I also noticed the Charge Stats show blank boxes with no data.

This happens on two different iPhones

Happening for me too. I fixed it temporarily by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem came back in a few days :-( I hadn't noticed the charge stats problem, but just checked and I have that issue as well.

We got in touch with Tesla about this, after our uninstalling and updating app and car etc they now think it’s a bug. Hopefully will get fixed…

Seem to have a sort of fix which seems to work nearly every time

On app press 3 lines then go into charging section the press to view last charge details then try climate and location page, sometimes it’s taken a couple of goes

It may have fixed the disappearing Climate controls, but the Charge Stats still show empty boxes for me (sometimes works, sometimes doesn't)
