App not letting me upload trade-in photos

I'm trying to get thru the tasks for delivery, but the app won't let me upload all 4 photos of my trade-in. I simply cannot get beyond that stage.

Is this a known issue? Anyone else have the same problem?

Maybe your photo files are too large and need to be resized?

I tried resizing and it makes no difference.

I am having the exact same problem. The first picture will load, then when the next is loaded the first one disappears. I have taken live pictures and also selected saved pictures. My saved pictures are .jpg, originally 12.5 MP 4080x7032 but I have resized to 1.1 MP 1200x904 and that has made no difference.

The problem using saved pictures never went away for me, but it finally kept the pictures I took live with my phone after trying over and over and over and over again. Since it got dark out while I was doing my retries, I started taking pictures of the saved pictures, displayed on my laptop - so it goes.

I thought it let me do it on the website, but that was a while ago. I don't even think I had the app downloaded then.

I used the take photo button instead of using existing photos and somehow it just works. Insert sigh.
