Any concerns with the new battery in sr plus?

Hello,

has anyone read or know about the new battery pack in the sr (sr plus) that may be a concern? Is this battery temporary until Tesla moves all m3 to long range? Can they squeeze more mileage out of the charge, understanding they may not want to offer this now for obvious reasons?

there is a plethora of information about Tesla Model 3 and it is difficult to strain out truth versus misinformation.

No concerns, and they wouldn't have developed a new module design for a temporary offering.

The pack structure is the same, but the modules inside have been redesigned to be easier to produce with fewer cells. Which is exactly what they should have done.

I think it's the opposite, in fact. Elon Musk said in his Autonomy day presentation that they'll favor SR battery packs for their robo-taxi fleet since it will be plenty for city-driving and they can make a SR and a half for every LR worth of cells.
