2024 Seat in a 2018?

I have a 1000 mile per week commute and my biggest issue with my 2018 Model 3 is the seat comfort. I’ve read about how much better the seat is in the Model 3 refresh and was wondering if anyone knows of the seats from 2024 would be a direct for for my 2018?

Rails look the same. Wiring harness looks similar.

Is it just this one connector that you disconnect to remove a seat?

I didn’t get too far into it, but when I was cleaning my car on Saturday, I unbolted the seat rails and it looks like it’s just one big plug

I guess the next question is, can I purchase the seat separately?

Currently parts catalog lists it as Restricted while a 2023 seat is Unrestricted. Not sure whats up with that.

Not sure about 2018 but the 2024 seats didn’t feel any different to me than my 2022 during a test drive. Just some different stitching on the cover.

I believe the seats got upgraded for 2019, I had a friend with a 2018 and she complained about it all the time, and then sat in my 2019 and said it was MUCH better.
