2023 mY awd battery issues.

By and large love the car. But today is the 3rd time in less than a year that the 12v dies and it apparently then throws hv battery issues too, and I can't get into the car/it has to be towed to the service center. Local service center isn't open on the weekends so I'll be w/o my main for at least 4 days. Again.
Anybody know what the threshold for lemoning it is?

Michigan. So far it's spent about 3weeks in the shop in under a year for the same issue repeatedly

You’re close to meeting the minimum requirements (4 attempts in 2 years, 30 days out of service). Go search for a lemon law attorney and see what they say?
