2021 (pre-refresh) MX valued lower than 2020 MX according to KBB

I was looking for used MX and surprised to find out that KBB gives lower value to 2021 MX than 2020 MX. I am assuming that's pre-refresh version. Does anyone know why? Either the 2020 is over-valued or 2021 is under-valued?

Zero data from actual sales would be my guess. That car was only sold for a couple months
