I unfortunately think my SA had his work phone taken away - which is how we communicated. He mentioned Tesla consolidated their communication systems allowing them to text, email and call from a single system thus no work cellphones were needed. But he still had his. Has been radio silent since Tuesday and phone calls go straight to voicemail. I currently have no other way to communicate with him. Likely will call a service center next week to have him reach out to me if I do not hear back.
