2016 Model X console Rear Cupholder removal

I have an early September 2016 Model X with 6 seats. My golden retriever likes to travel in the middle, when he moves around he pushes the rear cup holders and it opens. Somehow he did something to it, it only opens and closes by hand and does not close all the way. I think something on the back either broken or dislodged. Did you guys see any video how to access the back?

It's probably just dislocated, popped out from the trails. Has happened a few times here. You just twist it somewhat and it snaps back in place, no disassembly required.

Great lead, I'll check if I can remove the lower trim to see what is going on in there
