The exterior and interior are in very good condition. The car has always been garaged and never seen snow! I will be getting it thoroughly detailed soon to take new photos. The photos below are a bit old, but the car looks the same. Only the soft top is included. I sold the hard top since I live in NC and never needed it. The soft top doesn't leak, even in heavy rain! I installed new Yokohama Advan Neova AD08R rear tires 5000 miles ago, plenty of tread remaining. I have all the service records from the past 3.5 years available and a few dating from the previous owner. The annual service is due right now. I will pay for the service and authorize Tesla to share the results with you.
Standard mode charge ~164 miles
CAC is 135.11
The Roadster 70A High Power Connector (wall charger) is included along with a working 120V charging cable.
OVMS v2 is installed in the car and included.
I also have a CAN JR, CAN SR and Model S (40A) UMC. I have used the Model S UMC and CAN SR for daily charging for the last 3.5 yrs. They will be separately or can be included with the car for:
CAN JR: $625
CAN SR: $625
Model S 40A UMC: $300
