What I know is that my European roadster does not light up the brake lights when regenerating. I want the the car to do so but ii was not allowed when the roadster was admitted. It is mandatory now for the model S.

Good stuff! I wish I could use a brake light mod. currently the brake lights only light up when I press the brake pedal. wish I could switch the software to US mode and regenerative braking would also cause the brake lights to light up. Much safer. who can hack this?

I do not think you would devalue anything either. When in doubt order a spare with Tessa (while you stil can) and store it. I have just hydro dipped my diffuser in carbon fiber print. Pretty happy with the result.

I put mine on too this week. The funny thing is it makes me happy twice: when it goes on in November and when it goes off in March.

Aha I have a 2.5 sport and have put in my own support. No bulb involved. :)

Thanks Drew. I have to look into it because I also plan to combine the blinking and braking as well as running lights in each of the lamps in the three lenses. And make the blinking sequential. :) sounds complicated but must be cool IMO. this does not seem compatible with the generic ones.

This is very helpful. would there be a way to achieve that if you briefly push the direction indicator lever, it clicks (and indicates) three times. Like in modern cars? ;)

Thanks Drewki. I removed them in the meantime. It were Osram 21w 7507 indeed. I purchased error code remove cables (with corresponding resistors) now the error messages stoped

You are so right! There was one but unfortunately the driver and his son had to leave the trip early. We plan to do another one in the spring. Potentially with twice the number of cars. Germany and Belgium might also join. Hoping for a yellow one and the other color red to join as well...

Hello I have updated my lights with leds. in order to cancel the Canbus error codes: #537 check left/right turn signal bulb I need to know what the details of these bulbs are. It is quite a hassle to get them out. Does anyone know?

Take the wheels off. Remove 10-15 rusty bolts. You are done. As long as you do not have to remover the headlights you should be fine. :)

Haha let’s find those red/amber switchback halos then. Or get someone to produce them. We need three sets: 50mm, 80mm and 100mm I believe.

Come to think of it, in the US I do not think amber turn signals are required. So you could do the sequencing with the existing red halos. Only sequencers required. In Europe we need amber so have to wait for red/amber switchback halos.

Hi Although the lenses are dark, they are transparent and hardly influence the color of the lights underneath. In my transforged version, which seems similar, the lighting is as follows: ALL rings: outside red running/ red braking lights (brighter) Outer left inside ring: red halo foglight...

Most roadster drivers are non smoking types I presume.

Guessing taking the outside diameters I would say 100mm and 80mm. it makes sense to order a spare set I agree. The inner halos keep fine for now but you never know.

It is a rubber gasket we made. I noticed that the OEM stems also let water in and that resulted in rusty bolts that I could hardly remove.
