For me the all glass roof is a must, it's just too beautiful. I also want the vegan leather seats as I'm not keen on fabric seats. Upgraded sound on its own I could probably do without. So I'll likely stump up for the package.

Just had a look at Model S insurance and mine came out way below £2.5k. More like £6-700 which isn't too bad. Main issue is price of 2016 Model S, even second hand you are looking around £60k which is out of my price range really.

I'm in the same boat. Ordered day one in UK and driving a diesel BMW. Not sure what I plan to do until 2019 now.

But someone in the US ordering now will likely get their 3 before anyone in the UK who ordered on day 1. Which is a joke. 2019 for right hand drive?!!

Personally I really want to see some sort of central instrument cluster but I could live without it. What concerns me is the way the central screen isn't built into the dash. I have 2 kids and they will rip that screen off for certain. It must be built into the dash in the final design surely?
