Executive Escalation gone? Horrible Service from Pomona, Ca

Well, I usually do not post threads like this as I'm a pretty easy going person, but I took my 2013 P85 in for service to the newer Pomona/Walnut, Ca service center a few weeks ago to address a few issues. One of them being the sunroof, at one point it would not open at all, it basically...

Alignment @ non Tesla SVC - SoCal & I.E. areas

Scored a set of used tires (90%) for a good price, my current tires seem to be wearing on the inside more. Has anyone done an alignment at other shops around SoCal? I'm assuming an alignment is not a "Tesla SVC" thing only. T.I.A.

    Rim size change OTA

Has anyone successfully received an OTA upgrade for your rims going from 19" to 21" on an MS? I called a few SC's around me and they seem to have never heard of it, I was able to get a hold of someone in the Costa Mesa SC and they told me they would push it out. Does anyone know how long it takes?

Solar companies around So. Cal. (I.E.)

I'm currently brainstorming on my home charging options (will be getting a 2013 MS P85 CPO in about 4-5 weeks) and it's becoming pretty clear that my current service (100amp) isn't going to be sufficient for adding a 14-50 outlet or a HPWC with my current load, so I either pay for a service...
