I was just there today and can confirm that they do not have a performance model 3, only a RWD version. They expect to get their performance model in a couple of weeks.

Update. The employee I spoke to yesterday in Park Meadows was mistaken in them having a Performance Model 3. They have a regular RWD Model 3 for test drives. Given I already own one, I didn't take a test drive. Sorry if I got anyone's hopes up. I'm pretty disappointed in wasting my time driving...

If you can do it earlier see if they will let you. I actually called Park Meadows, I am a current owner of a RWD 3 (also previously owned an S) and I will be doing my Test Drive tomorrow morning. I did call them, they did not reach out to me.

When you've seen cars with the alcantara headliner in reviews and photos, and they even show it on their website as the interior image, you expect that as the premium choice. Now they go to a cheaper product without notification to anyone? People taking delivery with this cheaper headliner could...

Mine has come back and stayed on the last 2 days, my guess is it should return for others with more miles on the car.

So out of 4 drives today, 3 of them had autopilot, so hopefully it's working itself out of whatever bug it was

Well I went out for lunch today and all my auto pilot features had returned for both the drive to and from lunch. At the end of the day however, I went out to my car and the features have disappeared again... "cruise not available" curses....

They did not attempt camera calibration.

I wish this was true, but my SC knew nothing of the issue beyond that they hope a software update will fix it.

Just got my car back from SC yesterday. I received the 17.43.23 update which did not correct the issue, and the SC did not have a fix for the issue except for telling me to wait for the Software Fix. Worked fine after 8.1 for a week or so but now approaching 2 weeks without any autopilot...

I was able to get mine working this way for one more drive, and since then it's been not working again. Hopefully yours keeps on going.

If anyone gets a fix for this, please post it here. I'm currently hoping a software patch will come to remedy this.

Just to clarify, mine worked for about a week until Wednesday where in the course of a couple of hours the all AP functions including auto headlights stopped working. Hoping for a fix soon, my SC wants me to bring it in, but after reading this thread I'll likely cancel and just await further...

My understanding is summon does not currently exist for HW2 cars.

Likely autopilot for hw2 cars, it's suppose to come out of shadow mode tonight.

Mine was previously limited to 85, a quick call to Tesla Support and they remotely turned it off. Said it should have been turned off at the dealer when I took delivery.

Title should be updated to 1000 hw2 cars in California getting ap software today. A little more waiting for me.

If it's any consolation, my car is in for service right now (a/c isn't working... less than a week old :() and I got a notification that a software update had been pushed to my car. Not sure if that's per the service or if being at the Tesla dealership it received the update early.

Delivery specialist were trained this past week on the updates and were told to expect by the end of this week.

Indeed it was 2.44.96, but I received the 2.50.180 this morning, so I'm a happy camper. Auto lights seem to still stay on in daylight for me, although I've only gone on one drive today. It also added Speed Limit and side collision warning to dash, which wasn't listed in the release notes.

Do you have the 007 code activated? If you entered it, and never entered it again to disable it, it will say dive instead of drive.

2.50.180 was what I received today too, it also includes speed limit displayed and side collision/ blindspot type monitoring as well, although I did notice the auto lights were on in broad daylight for me.

I took delivery of my Model S this week and I'm on 2.44.96.. is it normal to be that for behind without receiving an update?

I took delivery on Tuesday of my MS 60D, apparently I'm on 2.44.96 software, any idea when I could expect to see some of the newer updates pushed to the car?
