When I bought the car the referral got me $1000 off the price. The free super charging was a feature that was included. So based on the threads I’ve read it should be transferable. I would reach out to tesla and ask. The last six of the VIN is 030899 for this Model X.

It was 100D that was announced in Jan 2017. P100D was available as AP1.

That IP is something that will get self assigned if the device is not able to grab an IP from another source (i.e your home router or Tesla LTE) You may want to check your home connections to make sure you are on wifi and your home router is distributing IP's.

Only if you have transferred ownership of the vehicle to our account. Tesla would do that. Then you can log into the app via your Tesla account and any car that is under your ownership will show up there. Also the LTE/3G needs to be left on for you to track it. Is the car in TOW mode?

I got the update today when i went to the Service Center. Driving back home i noticed i had a new update. I called Tesla Support for Version verification. The said it was 17.28 and went on to say that its to improve the aggressive lane changes from the previous versions.
