There was a typo in original post. You disengage TACC, let the car regen and a second later activate TACC again. The car recognizes the stopped car in front every time and comes to a slow steady stop. Works every time for me.

Yes, but see the point above of disengaging TACC and then activating it again (I assume the OP meant activate tacc) and then it is able to recognize the stationary car and stop. I use this all the time and it works without fail. So looks like it does recognize stationary objects when you start...

I don't think I can buy Bolt in WA yet. Maybe now you can but like Electroman said, Tesla with its range and the super charging network makes it unique. My 75d is the only car I own and I have taken it everywhere. It's really easy to plan a road trip. Not sure how easy it would with Bolt.

Yeah, joking mostly except if someone decides to drive speed limit or less on the left lane. That drives me nuts. And even more so if you cut me off and then decide to go slower than I was. Then you lose the right to complain about tailgating!

I set mine to 2, just because I feel I should not set it to 1. When I drive myself, I am usually at 1 or less (if you are not going fast enough).

I did just that few days ago and got the latest AP2 update within an hour of leaving my phone in the car.

Can someone explain how the this matters? At the end if the day it's the rated range that each car gives that is important. Whether it's 10kw or 17kw, the difference in rated miles is still the same between 90d and 100d. Just trying to understand :)

In my case I don't think it ever saw after fully merged. I didn't wait to find out as there was no time. I was anyway on follow distance 2. So just had to slam the breaks.

I have both. I have stopped using official app. It's good when you are new. But one you know what you want and want do something quick, then remote S does the job. It's much faster to load and work with. I like everything is on one screen - intimidating at first but once you get used to, it's great.
