My 2013 P85+ brake pedal feel is consistent. Definitely not normal for the pedal to be stiff in the morning. Peculiar issue since I assume they bled the system when replacing your brake booster.

If Tesla confirmed it to be P85+, the current owner can also call and request the graphics in-car to be updated.

You should definitely set the max opening height of the hatch so it doesn't happen again! Fully open hatch, manually position it to desired opening height. Then, press and hold the hatch release button until it long beeps. Max opening height is now set.
