i posted this in reset technique thread... but, right before going into SC, tried one more effort, which was a modification of another poster's idea. my spoiler was stuck in down position except when going 45+. trying to set it to "extended" only resulted in switching back to auto and retracting...

yours actually could be a controller issue. one case had more erratic behavior than just being stuck and the SC replaced the spoiler controller, which fixed the issues. try the above to see if it helps. else, may be a controller issue.

for reference, here's what came on both my fobs.

to be fair, DS hasn't even told me it's at the SC (my last update was Monday that it's in transit). they have plenty of time to detail and prep before actual delivery (scheduled for next Friday)

That's really interesting about your spoiler. While I haven't taken delivery of my 90D yet, it is on the lot. I took this pic yesterday... spoiler is in up position, but doesn't look welded like yours. I assume it's still fixed, but maybe they used a different mechanism on mine (VIN 35xx)

Looks like I got a super high VIN, but at least it's assigned as of today... 35xx for 90D with most options (20 inch wheels though), was in 12k range of sequence #. Chicago, IL delivery. Hidden code says Late April - May for estimated delivery.
