Still not working. Called Tesla roadside -- they didn't know why. Said their system says it was supposed to be commissioned yesterday. My wife talked to Meijer who also say it was supposed to be on yesterday. The Tesla guy implied it was an Ameren issue.

3/18: went by around 3.30 pm -- looks all done, was able to plug in, but no current flowing. Not sure what the delay is. Nobody was there -- felt like somebody just needed to flip a switch. Very soon ...

3/17 update: Good news: just swung by, Ameren crew there, leaving. It looked all done, and they stopped me to tell me commissioning is tomorrow, should be open in the afternoon.

3/12 update It looks like significant progress has been made. Not sure about the conduits still on the ground. They appear to be ready for the fencing around the whole thing.

Confirmed -- supercharger in Meover lot I see that the supercharger is almost ready. North side of lot, by the movie theater. About 8 or so chargers.
