I really don't see the issue, not more difficult than parking between two cars in any parking lot. The stalls with no front lines are front parking and the one with front lines are reverse parking spot. So if both are empty, you enter from a side, go to the second stall and exit on the other...

I would prefer Waze integration directly in the car so it can use the car GPS and 3G/LTE data connection. If I'm not mistaken a CarPlay or Android Auto solution would use the phone GPS and data connection which is really not ideal if your traveling out of your home country and your phone is roaming.

Rivière-du-Loup construction is suppose to start in August followed by Levis (Quebec city). Once this is done, let's hope they continue east.

Here is how I see it. 6 front facing stalls and 6 in reverse.

Depends on day/time, road construction on bridges and in what direction you are going past the island. Rush hour, avoid. Other than that, I would look at Waze.

At rush hour, yes there is a lot of trafic. But other than that it's not bad at all. I work 5 minutes from there and go eat in the area and don't have any issue with trafic. But access could have been better if it was located directly on Cote-Vertu boul.

353 km (Mtl SC to Albany SC) is a lot for my 70D. Maybe on a sunny day but add head wind or rain and you need to charge somewhere.

Pretty sure the 4th one is somewhere in or close to Montreal as he also said that they don't count the Superchargers at the Montreal store as real SC. I might go look at some possible sites on the island along the 40 or 20 for hints of a future SC. Marché Central, Place Vertu, Rockland, Anjou...
