I have a 2023 with less than 1k miles on it. Yoke started to peel. SC told me they are not replacing anymore since they are waiting for the new model. Absurd.

The "only once" is BS since it is not your fault that caused the yoke to peel. It is a matter of warranty, and they should respect it. I think it is reasonable to say we are waiting for parts, but with a reasonable timeframe.

I am in the same boat. My yolk started to peel after 2 months. Tesla is not replacing it since they wait for the new yolks, but of course can't guarantee when they'll have it. It's absurd how they are handling this

Sorry this happened to you. My delivery experience was similar to others where the car was detailed and just perfect. It is definitely the SC fault, I would try to get it delivered to somewhere else, or at least talk to the manager there

Yeah I got the same text, and scheduled for a day earlier. In that day's morning I got another text that they cancelled my appointment. They told me over the phone that the car on site text is automated.
