Still running with the Eibachs on the Y. No more creaking. Still unsure what the root cause is. I'm planning on switching to coilovers soon, so maybe I can update with any findings when I pull out the Eibachs.

So here's the squared wheel/tire setup on stock suspension. The larger tire OD definitely helped with the wheel gap (slightly lifted the car as well). Living in the bay area, I'm very happy with the added sidewall and no tire stretch. I may go with MPP FUCA and rear toe/camber arms like I did...

I have the MPP FUCA, which has the sealed i too thought it was the FUCA, but I upgraded to MPP FUCA which has sealed spherical bearings. No change in regards to the creak. So I suspect it has something to do with the spring itself and/or how it is seated/mated within the suspension assembly.

Did you ever move forward with the 255/40/19 &19x9 square setup? If so, what offset? Thinking about doing the same at +34 offset on an M3 LR. Did some measuring and and it looks like it’ll work, but it would be nice to have some verification before buying the setup. Thanks!

No camber/toe issues here either. I did get the MPP rear toe + camber arms, but stayed with the OEM FUCAs. Alignment is all in the green. FYI these are Advan RS-DF Progressive wheels in Dark Bronze Metallic, but with OEM Gemini wheel specs...for those interested in what Eibachs would look...
