It's possible to open the front trunk by prying off a cover and jumping the two wires with a 9v battery. You should then be able to pull the car apart and jump the 12v battery. Completely unacceptable for this to happen to a 11k car, but with anything technology, this *sugar* happens.

You can do the equivalent of letting it go to sleep by using the Power Off button in settings. Get out of the car after pressing it, wait 5 minutes, and press the brake pedal to turn the car back on. This will reboot every electronic in the car you have the ability to reboot. If it didn't help...
