that's the mindset I had when I put my order in, but 9 months and about 10,000 miles later I'm approaching some required expected maintenance items (set of tires and brakes at least) and that much closer to some unexpected maintenance. I'd rather avoid both kinds of expenses for an old car.

The deliveries at the end of the quarter seem abnormal, geographically. You're in PA, I think whitewi is GA, there is a NY and FL recently (without FSD) I think too.

True, but assuming they will, the strategy has to be to bury these older orders in a quarter that Shanghai is back up so the low margin older orders are less impactful to the quarterly performance numbers.

At some point this has to become true, no way they deliver a car at a loss. As was pointed out in the thread asking if Tesla has violated the terms of the agreement by skipping over older orders, they can basically just fulfill every other order first and hope someday you have enough to cancel...

I am pretty busy the next couple weeks at work, likely traveling and whatnot, so might not be able to pause life completely for a 1 to 3 day window with a few hrs notice.

I mean I did get a call from the trade-in people mid-feb that said i was reallllllly close (hence the call)... and now that robo text asking if I was ready in June... so got those things going for me.
