As an experiment I removed teslafi and just used the Tesla app last night. Worked perfectly. So it looks like the problem is something to do with teslafi. I have now reinstalled teslafi and will see if this affects charging.

I had Ev.energy installed (as well as Teslafi) so this might be the reason. I have removed this app so we shall see if this has an effect.

Thanks. I see that the suggestion is not to use the App but instead schedule the charge from the car. I will continue experimenting over the next few days. I dont know why charge scheduling has to be so difficult.
