Range Loss Over Time, What Can Be Expected, Efficiency, How to Maintain Battery Health

I have read many suggestions on how to leave your Tesla when going away and have struggled with some of those suggestions, until I watched the Tesla battery guru . Docotr Jeff Dahn explained how the stresses exerted upon battery cells can and do, damage cell structure and therefore it’s power...

    Making Teslas do V2H and/or V2G

The only way (and that would require high voltage relay switch) is to disconnect power to the electric motor and at that point insert relay controlled transfer switch, such that upon energizing the switch, power to motor would be shut off and diverted to a plugin (installed in the trunk)...

How well does the glass roof reflect heat?

I have 2018 Model 3 and it cooks in 85F outside, 127F in cabin, without A/C being on. Problem is when office whole day and you turn climate control ON with A/C to keep cabin at 80F, battery drains considerably. Wish I had an answer to this.

How well does the glass roof reflect heat?

Don't know about Y but my 3 cooks at 127F in cabin when outside temp is 85F. The other day, went up to 140F outside temp 88F. My opinion, not good enough. Using A/C during day, when in office for even 4-hours, tends to drain battery quite a bit, in temps we are experiencing. Granted cabin is...

    CCS versus CHAdeMO in Canada

In Canada, we have Electrify Canada. Electrify America has announced it will be phasing out CHAdeMO charging stations. Anyone know if same will happen in Electrify Canada? Have to purchase either CHAdeMO or CCS1, as Quebec and Eastern Canada has few Superchargers.
