Tesla's Supercharger Team was recently laid off. We discuss what this means for the company on today's TMC Podcast streaming live at 1PM PDT. You can watch on X or on YouTube where you can participate in the live chat.
I see many significant improvements in 10.69.2.2 (compared with pre-10.69) but I still often experience a major issue involving lane selection and missing turns mostly on 6 lane roads (3 lanes ea direction) in my area of Phoenix, AZ (Gilbert.) For example, with an upcoming left turn (> 0.5 mi...
I had this happen yesterday on my first trip of the day. So I pulled over and tried the two button reboot thing but no joy. Continued to run a couple errands and on the way home suddenly FSD was back to normal.🤷♂️
I vote yes, but I've only been FSDBeta since yesterday. Nonetheless, I installed 36.5.3 an hour or so ago, took a long first drive and it seems quite good with none of the FCW and other issues I saw yesterday with 36.5.2.
Same here. I installed the roll back 2021.36.5.1 yesterday after the FCW issues with 2021.36.5.2 (which basically took me back to non-FSDBeta 10.2) but just got the notification and started installing 2021.36.5.3. Hoping this means I'm fully back in FSDBeta.
Not sure if this was answered by others already, but I DID get the 10.3 beta on Sunday morning, drove with 10.3 once with a bunch of FCWs, then got the notification to "update" to 2021.36.5.1 which did take me back to 10.2 non-beta. 10.2 non-beta is what I had before Sunday, but that version...
Yes, I would say hold off if on the 36.5.1 install IF you don't have to drive for a day or so, just in hopes that maybe they provide some other resolution to the 10.3 issue than kicking you back to 10.2 with a lower safety score.
Can confirm that the "update" today to 2021.36.5.1 definitely puts you back to 10.2 and with the return of a Safety Score, in my case a lower safety score due to the errant FCWs issue.
Same here with FCWs knocking down my score and then the install of 36.5.1 showing me out of beta and with a now lower Safety Score of 98 due to FCWs during first beta 10.3 drive this morning. Ugh. I have been a 99'er and finally late last night recieved the FSDBeta email notice that they will...
My experience has been that on normal autopilot, I still can get a ding when someone merges in too closely in front of me. However, on "navigate on autopilot" I get no dings for this whatsoever. Unfortunately, can only use NOA on the interstates at this point, so on surface roads and at busy...
FWIW - I have found that driving on AP / NOA on the highway eliminates an issue I was seeing on my first day with drivers cutting in front of me which resulted in Unsafe Following dings of 29.4%.
I also had Aggressive Turning dings that day of 8.2% which I've addressed by making sure my...
2021.24.4 installed this morning. Other than getting the update, nothing to add about it that hasn't already been said. I do like having this tracking thread. Thanks to all for your updates. Helps a lot to read what you're all experiencing as well.
Finally received the 'Software Update Available' notification for my 2021 Model S LR, version 2021.24.3. Updating now. Is there somewhere here 'we' track this info / timing on TMC? Apologies if I'm missing something already posted about this / obvious.
"Open dashcam viewer" worked for me until I updated to 2021.12.25.5. Once I did that software update a week or two ago, that voice command no longer worked and can find no other way to get to dashcam viewer now. Hoping to see a notification to update to 2021.24 "soon." (I have 2021 Model S LR.)
The turn signals on my 2021 MSLR definitely do have haptic feedback. I've included above a link to a YouTube video where I trigger the turn signals and captured the sound of the haptic mechanism triggering (rested my phone against the steering wheel.) If you listen closely (requires high volume...
Here are some pics of 2021 Model S LR front doors - lower rearmost corner inside and out...Don't believe I'm seeing this issue with skin metal not being folded over.
2021 Model S LR, took delivery 7/13/21 and I received 2 key cards and 1 fob. Only 1 fob. I asked at delivery for a second fob and they said "only get one." FWIW - we have been using the "Phone Key" option where phone (iPhone 11 in my case) works exactly as or better than(?) fob. Without...
Also seeing this issue with 2021 Model S LR. When arriving home, garage door usually opens fully with no issues at all - roughly 75% of the time. Other times, it starts to open then stops after opening just 1 or 2 feet. Then have to manually touch once to start to re-close and then again to...
