    Have you considered that we are only hearing about the ones that catch fire? There can be any number of accidents occurring daily that would never be reported or blasted to social media because nothing out of the ordinary happens.

    If you are long TSLA in the long term, why sell at all? Buy shares on the run down all the way down and lower your break even point. Days like today are EXACTLY when you should be increasing your long position, not selling out like all of the other traders.

    Been watching this myself. The things some people do... I don't have a margin account yet so shorting isn't an option for me, but I would just love to get in while it is still being crowded with people not paying attention.

    It's interesting that you mention this, because the company I am in actually was still considered a startup until very recently (we really just entered profitability not too long ago.) I definitely don't consider myself a superman or adrenaline junkie though.
