As far as I know , It's not possible to BUY a reservation, cause it's not transferable... But you may find an Signature Reservation Holder, who is willing to sell you the car right after he got it from Tesla ... Good luck

I'm not sure , but once i drove a US car (Oldsmobile or so ) it has the cruise control on the left scroll wheel , that was a nice feature ....

2014 will be the "precrash safety system" required in the EU , which is basicly a fullstop ACC ... ... So by End of 2013 Tesla should be Ready ...
