The problem is if the car doesn’t come in before your financing expires then you will get another hard inquiry. You never apply for credit without a vin and a scheduled pickup date and time. We did Navy Federal CU, 2.49% with $0 down. Got the check the same day.

The problem with the wrap vs PPF is the thickness. You’ll be replacing the wrap within 5 years, maybe even 2-3 depending on where you live. In my experience, color wrap has offered me no protection on my cars. Looks great, when new.

Lol at least you guys still have your model X. Mine has been stuck at Tesla. First the inverter for one of the rear engines went, now they have been waiting for the fuse it blew to come in. Hope to get it back this week.

No idea. Car was fine, went to drive it one day and it had the warning on the dash screen.

Tesla finally got back to me and said the drive unit inverter requires replacement. Part should be in around 4/5.

They gave me no problem about inspecting the car before signing and paying. They guy told us to take our time and just come back inside whenever we were finished or had questions.

Not sure where you are located OP, but $9k seems high. I was quoted $12k plus but after shopping around was able to find it for under half of that at a very reputable place.

We got our plaid a few weeks ago and put 0 down. As others have stated, approval and terms is completely based off your credit profile. I would guess that it doesn’t offer 0 down off the bat for anyone.

I think the most authentic way to get it is to paint, wrap, or plastic dip the oem emblem. From what I’ve been told you end up losing some of the adhesive when you remove it which is why most wrap places replace it vs modifying and reinstalling it. That’s at least what the wrap places I called...

We have the same alignment issue on our frunk. I believe the issue is the headlight being slightly out vs the hood. We had ours realigned at delivery which helped even out the panel gaps side to side, but nothing could be done about the space where your finger is because it’s headlight...
