Opening the door then closing again works every time for me. Everything quickly returns to normal with no departure delay.

Which part? the screen doesn’t stay off. Blank screen revives within a few seconds and doesn’t require resetting it waiting long periods of time.

Really want to echo OzoneAction’s suggestion above. It’s my number one feature I look for. And it’s why I still haven’t found the mats I like. otherwise these look ideal for me.

For me your #1 features a screen that isn’t blank, but says unlocked and shows picture of the car. Then screen goes blank and nothing seems to revive it. Once it revives it launches browser to some Tesla address. Twice I’ve lost all settings except phone as key. Strange.

Piece of follow up info. When the screen finally comes to life it launches the browser and has a Tesla address before it disappears in favor of the normal UI. That has happened at least 3 times since this began.

I have similar issue and also applied 2 coats of ceramic and kept the belt from contacting until it was dry. if it bothers me badly enough I may have to resort to gently using a melamine sponge. I don’t know that it’ll bother me that much. I am, however, quite disappointed in the “ceramic”...

Measurement is slightly over 11 feet depending on the width of the product you’re transporting. PVC or conduit would work just fine.

Not sure it matters but I lowered the window all the way down automatically and raised it fully automatically before rebooting. Figured that would let it detect its limits. Probably unnecessary but I wasn’t sure what was going on or what was causing it.

Did you apply the brake while resetting? If not try that.

It allows the phone to slide down slightly lower which aligns the charge coil to where charging can occur.

Want to confirm for folks wondering as there have been lots of suggestions and solutions for this issue. My 12 Pro Max, thin (Torras) case, wouldn’t charge at all. Not after taking case off and rebooting phone. Ordered and installed Jeda spacer and it charges every time. Whew.

Was it near an intersection? I’ve been wondering about accuracy as well, coming from Waze I understand there can be a lag. During our test drive there was always traffic shown around intersections with red lights but found little to none. Wondered about non-intersection traffic reports but...

Agree to disagree, but I certainly understand where you’re coming from. For my situation the delay isn’t entirely for battery day announcements, that’s just my motivation. My wife is pushing to delay till closer to Christmas for other reasons and I’m compromising with her.
