So on the rumor that Saudis are interested, SP goes up to 365+. On the news that it’s true, it goes back down to where it was before the rumor. Shows why I should stick to tech analysis day trading and forget about the swing.

Disagree. You should talk to Martim Eberhard. What Elon did then was v unpopular and a dick move. Split the Tesla community in two for a while. Now not saying it wasn’t best for the company, but Elon was disliked by many (inc me) at the time for a while.

If you were Elon, you’d have stopped at $230M. I believe the success of Tesla does affect his mood - he was super stressed w M3 production hell etc. I think he’s v happy he’s found a way to get away form all the FUD. He cares about his mission to cut greenhouse gasses etc.

Trying to understand the 8K rule - which requires a filing w SEC within 4 days of a ‘significant event’ that may affect SP. So obviously Elon confirmed funding etc before he announced it. So is the significant event securing funding or the announcement itself? Is he obligated to announce it...

Somethings going to happen – the period of the SP pull back to the Bollinger middle (EDIT: 5 min candles) has been getting shorter and shorter till there’s not much room left to shrink st this point. The decline has to level off at this point or - wishful thinking - shoot back up!

Does he have grounds to sue making an investment believing Elon is lying? If you invest $ and you believe he’s lying, even if he is and had violated SEC rules etc,, it’s then your bad. But if you stated you believed him, and lost $, then that would be different.

I've been guesstimating 245 miles for the 60kW, and 310 miles for the 75kW for a few months. It now looks like I could be 5 miles off for both according to the latest leak today at 250/315.
