Good question. I'd like to know this as well. I was wondering if signing the MVPA and therefore putting the $5000 reservation as an initial down payment would mark the beginning of the sale date in 2012 and therefore keep the sales tax at that rate rather than raising it up.

Just to help with these issues: Re: Pano roof sticking, there were posts previously about the roof going to vent mode first before opening and it is a known issue that can be fixed with a service visit if I remember correctly. Re: the Energy app, there are two spots that may have an answer...

Ed, If you're getting the 19" wheels (I assume you are, but could be wrong) then in a pinch you could just buy the same tires that they list and have your place mount them on the wheels instead of the all-season. I realize that is not ideal, because from what I understand it's not a good thing...
