I love my P3D but the company and it’s employees have alottttt to learn about customer service... just not good experiences so far... has my wife against buying a second one which was the original plan. I still want to but she says they tainted the buying of your dream car.. I want to argue but...
Yes not fight for it but wait for it. I was given a car form the lot and said we could get it all done that day. I asked if the reservation money would be used and he said yes but then said no it had to be canceled.
It’s not a real stat... I was a reservation holder but the money in that did not go toward the car I bought. The salesman said it happens all the time and prompted me to cancel the reservation. Still waiting on that money to get returned. Bought on 12/31/18.
What was crazy for me was the deposit didn’t even go toward the car I bought. The sales guy says it happens all the time and so I had to request a refund for the reserve to get that back. My account shows two orders one with a vin.
That’s horrible.. so sorry that happened to you. I had a friend who would by a new car and ding it himself right away to get past the caring if it got scratched or not... I never could pull myself to do it but he did ever car.
I just bought the car on 12/31... the car had a scratch and went to the body shop... he said it happens in transportation tot he facility sometimes. I have no issue with this as long as they make it right. Get the car next Saturday...
