Attach hitch under Model 3

Thanks for looking into my question. It seems that not all Model 3's have the option to just attach a hitch. Mine from 2019 has not that removable panel. Can you provide me with some video or images of how a hitch will be attached then? I prefere one that is also removable.

My Model 3 does not have a hatch on the bottom like this: https://www.tesla.com/ownersmanual/images/GUID-4829EBFA-D236-4C0E-B2DA-304E8B4738D7-online-en-US.gif Does this mean I have no way to get a hitch under my M3 in an easy way?
